Kale, 3 Leaves
Lemon, 1/2 Lemon
Cranberries, 1/3 Cup
Avocado, 1/2 Avocado
Olive Oil, 1 Tablespoon
Sea Salt, to taste
Optional: Croutons, 1/2 Cup
Directions
Ingredients
- 3 leaves of kale
- 1/2 lemon, squeezed
- 1/3 cup cranberries
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Sprinkle of sea salt
- 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
Directions
- Rinse and chop kale.
- Massage in olive oil and lemon.
- Sprinkle in sea salt.
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
- Enjoy!
